1. Q. Do you do your own web
hosting?
A. Yes.

2. Q. What software do you use?
A. We use alot of different
programs, but we mainly use
Dreamweaver and Photoshop by
adobe.

3. Q. Will my credit card info be
safe?
A. Yes, we have VeriSign SSL Site
security, and PayPal has its own
site security.

4. Q. How long will it take to make
my website?
A. A typical website the size of
this one for example will take 2-4
days. Anything with flash or user
accounts will take 5-10 days.

5. Q. Will I be able to update my
own website? Also, how long does
it take for my site to be updated?
A. As of now, clients can not
update their own sites, a C5
webmaster will have to do it. And
sites are updated within the hour.

6. Q. Can I pick out my own
package with what i want?
A. Yes, we offer customizable
plans. Go to the Services page.

7. Q. Do you offer payment plans?
A. Yes, any order over $700.00 is
eligible for Half now, Half later.

8. Q. What if i need to cancel my
site?
A. No problem, just contact us
and we will shut it down at no
cost.

9. Q. How can I be sure im not
being ripped off?
A. If you look at our competitors
prices, they either charge by the
hour at an insane price, or just
cost over a thousand dollars. At
C5, we do not charge hourly or
set up fees, nor do we charge an
insane price for our services.

is a plan for every budget.
